JH football practice starts Monday! First week is 3:30 - 5:30 each day on the softball field by the school, then it changes to 3:45-5:30 from then on. If you don’t have pads yet, show up at 3 Monday.
SWAY testing (concussion) is going to be Wednesday at 3 in the old bus barn. Bring a phone that day if you can.

Some of the volleyball team spent 3 days at UND volleyball camp. It was great to get in lots of playing time and learning! They celebrated their dedication with dinner at Culver's as a team. 💜🏐
