The 4th graders had a blast on their field trip to the zoo for conservation day! Even a bit of rain couldn't wash away their excitement. In fact, based on observation, it looked like it added to the fun.











Roughrider track and field traveled over to Hazen today for a quadrangular invite. Congratulations to Monica for qualifying for State in her 4th event, the 200, and Isaiah for qualifying in the discus! Great job athletes!

The Kindergarten classes had a great day going to the Bismarck Zoo and playing at the park!











7th grade ELA students have been participating in literature circles. They are in charge of their own book meetings each class period. It has been enjoyable listening to them talk about their books and how they are enjoying them.

Today, the Wilton FFA Hippology team traveled to NDSU to compete in the State FFA Hippology contest.
They did a great job and received a silver team award!

Students in 6-8 grade gym had a guest to enhance their lessons and skills in pickle ball. Sergeant Cody from the McLean County Law Enforcement shared his skills, tips and tricks with the students. Every student then received a paddle and a ball on behalf of a MCH grant received for being a Full Service Community School.
The open gym that was scheduled May 13, had to be postpone until this coming fall.

Elementary volleyball season is over, which means we had our team meal at Space Aliens! The girls enjoyed time together getting candy awards, playing games, and even got a visit from the alien!
