The Preschool class had a great time at the Ag Fair!

As National FFA Week comes to a close we want to thank our amazing staff and students for supporting us and participating in the dressup days and activities throughout the week.
Monday we hosted our annual staff appreciation breakfast.
Wednesday we sold dipped strawberries.
Friday we brought back the Ag Fair -with the building project last year we decided to take a break- but we are so glad we were able to host it this year in the newly renovated Ag space!! This year's fair highlighted different careere development events.
A huge thank you to Jobs and Wimers for providing the livestock for todays fair 😊

In 4th grade we are learning about elastic potential energy! We had such a BLAST!

Who says practicing vocabulary can't be fun? In 4th grade we are always trying new ways to study our vocab. This week we tried a new game called "Message in a Bottle." The class was put in pairs and had only 7 minutes to come up with their own definition or scenario to match each vocabulary word that was inside a bottle of water.

Congrats to Sophia for being selected to the All Region 4 Girls Basketball team.

Thank you to the Union Bank for providing pizza and dinnerware for last night's Family Coding Night. The pizza was a hit!

The 3rd graders have been participating in the Kids, Compost, Crops & Consumption curriculum through the NDSU Extension, led by Kelsey Deckert. Today’s lesson focused on learning all about the different food groups and how they fuel our bodies.
To wrap up the lesson, students had the opportunity to make their own quesadillas filled with fresh vegetables like broccoli, spinach, bell peppers, and salsa. The kids absolutely LOVED the healthy afternoon snack and were excited to try something new!
