The 7th and 8th grade AVID class had an opportunity to help the Wilton ambulance crew with filling goody bags for Trick-or-Treating. This was a great opportunity for them to experience fun while giving back to people who give to others. Happy Halloween from the 7/8th grade AVID class!

Congratulations to Southern McLean Roughriders alumnus Kate Fox on being recognized as the State Coach of the Year in Class A Girls Cross Country!
Friday's McLean County Roughriders Pep Rally was a success as fans sent off the XC team to State and the FB team to playoffs!
Although it wasn't the team results we were hoping for, there are still some positives from today's State Cross Country Meet in Jamestown. Congratulations to Daniel Neumiller for taking 15th overall and earning All State honors! The girls finished in 17th place while the boys finished in 11th.
Congratulations to all the runners and thank you to the seniors: Aubrey, Beckett, and Jaime. This was a great season, Roughriders! We'll be back stronger next year!

Some of the 6th through 8th grade cross country runners competed at the Middle School State Championships today at McDowell Dam outside of Bismarck. Congratulations on several PRs and especially to Jace for taking 5th (1st in class B) in the 6th grade mile race and to Rissy for taking 20th (4th in class B) in the 7th/8th grade 3k race!
Next Friday is the varsity State Meet in Jamestown! Go Roughriders!

Congratulations to the Southern McLean Roughriders Football Team on qualifying for the 2025 NDHSAA 11A Playoffs!
On Tuesday, the Roughriders held their final regular-season cross country meet at Painted Woods golf course. It was a tune-up meet for most of the kids and a last chance to qualify for a few others. Congratulations to Natalie and Brooklyn for qualifying for state! Thank you Jaime, Aubrey, and Beckett for all your hard work over the years - you three seniors will be greatly missed next year!
The younger Roughriders compete at Middle School State tomorrow at McDowell Dam, while all the state qualifiers will race at the varsity State meet next Friday in Jamestown! Go Roughriders!
