The kindergarteners and first graders decorated piggy banks today during school. Take your extra change and go to The Union Bank downtown Wilton, to "vote" for the most creative piggy bank. Pigs will be down there until April 10.

Thank you to all who attended our Digital Guardianship presentation last night and a big thanks to Families Flourish ND for presenting. If you missed last night and would still like to learn there is an online session on April 3 to check out (check out last few images on how to register)

"Tonights session empowers parents & caregivers to foster open communication with youth about internet use and digital boundaries.
This session was created by a parent for parents & caregivers, the session breaks down information into easy-to-understand and digestible parts. This session encourages parents and caregivers to create safe spaces for having difficult and uncomfortable conversations with youth in ways that meet them where they are and prevent them from shutting down and becoming comfortable with discussing sensitive topics like the dangers of pornography exposure.
Ultimately, this session encourages parents & caregivers to "Stay Curious!" about youth’s online activities."

3rd grade loved the read-a-thon on Friday! 📚

Congratulations to the Track and Field week 5 practice athletes of the week! Taylor, Chev, Carter, Mae, and Keaton all had big PRs yesterday at the meet as a way to showcase all the hard work they've put in so far this year! Keep it up, Roughriders!

Quite a few elementary classes are learning about instruments this week. So they got to hear some live music by our Independent Music Study students. Details on Zac and Chelsey's Senior Recital is coming soon!

Great opening meet, Roughriders!

This weeks fresh produce for Wilton's Elementary are blood oranges and pomegranates!
Both very sweet and unique fruits.
Ask your child how they enjoyed them this week.

What a fun learning trip this morning for the 9th grade PE/Health class. To conclude their lesson in bowling, the students were able to take a field trip to Midway Bowling Lanes in Mandan to bowl for an hour! Even though they learned how to keep manual score, they were happy to not have to keep score at Midway. The top two scorers for boys and girls received a free bowling coupon thanks to Midway Lanes. School bowling equipment for PE was received through the MCH grant from being a Full Service Community School.

Thank you to the PTO for putting out a teacher supplies drop box and to whoever purchased the acrylic paints! Sending you all a big thank you from 2nd grade!

The Kindergarteners celebrated being published authors by signing autographs and eating cookies!

Huge congrats to Chelsey and Joanie on their selection to and performance in the 2025 Allstate Music Ensembles! What an accomplishment for freshman Joanie to be selected to the Women's Choir and Chelsey on earning a 4-year award! Chelsey is the first Wilton student to receive this award. Some Wilton music students were able to attend the concert in support of the girls.

Congratulations to the Wilton Acalympics team of Zac, Quinton, Aubrey, Tucker, Kennady, and Claire for taking 4th place at the State competition today in Bismarck! We are very proud of you!

Wilton school will host a Pacesetter Volleyball Camp for all players entering grades
4-12 Monday-Wednesday, June 9-11 at the Wilton Public School Gym.
Space is limited, so families are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Players registered by May 15 will receive a free camp t-shirt.
All players will receive a strong program of teaching. The Pacesetter “Fundamentals for Champions” program stresses a solid foundation of instruction, followed by drills to simulate game situations, and games to help develop the skills into a habit.

The Pacesetter staff is comprised of former state champions, college coaches, or highly successful high school coaches who love teaching volleyball to young people. Pacesetter focuses on teaching the most important skills to make the greatest possible improvement in a few days…for a cost most families can afford. This summer marks Pacesetter’s 46th season.
Register at www.pacesettersports.net.
